Detox from Covid shot

Hi everyone! I am looking for suggestions on how to detox from the covid shot, I did not get the shot but my fiance had 1 dose in 2020. He doesn't currently have any vaccine related issues but it still worries me. He is type 1 diabetic (since childhood, not vaccine related) so his immune system is already damaged to some extent because of that. I've heard that Ivumectrin can be helpful for containing the spike proteins, also have found something called Nattokinase which is a plant derived compound but I dont know how it relates to covid since we are not allowed to talk about that lol. Any information about specific products and dosages to use would be helpful, thanks!!
