Anyone from Canada having issues watching videos?

Recently, the last 2 days, but more specifically yesterday, I was unable to comment during the live show. I couldnt watch live on this forum, so i went over to YouTube, it kept glitching and saying, "too many users" so I texted my kids and told them to get off- they weren't on YouTube, so not sure why I got that error, than it continued to glitch every couple minutes, with different errors, and the whole time, I was unable to comment. Than the next day, I was unable to comment on any Facebook post, I was able to scroll, but not comment. Again, with the same "error" issue, I should mention, i did check other videos and apps and had zero issues, so it wasnt the internet, or a phone issue. On facebook, About 6 articles I had recently commented on in the last 48hr, were all lined up one after another, the second I opened up my fb app but i couldn't read the comments, or comment myslef. I could see posts, watch videos and clips, but unable to comment. Anyways, it started 2 days ago, during candaces live show! Also, while i watch book club, the show glitches repeatedly... I know we are censored in canada, but this is a little much, so wondering if others in canada, have had this issue?
