MK Ultra Survivor

I just watched an episode from the Man in America podcast on Dr. Juliette Engels. She claims to be an MK Ultra Survivor (was tortured with Manson, Spector & others. But herself through med school, then later in life spent 20 years in Russia from rescuing kids from trafficking. She stated the children were taken from Russia and sent to Germany, Israel and the United States. And the US turned a blind eye.

Please watch and review. Is this really happening?

Part of me thinks it is and the wishful part is hoping it’s just an evil psyop.
