  • I was over God when I learned that he hardened pharaoh’s heart so that he would have a reason to kill all the first born of Egypt just to make a point about how powerful he is. I kind of suspected because he claimed to love these people and cherish them yet he failed to give them a basic understanding of the world. If he wanted them to conquer a land for instance he could’ve shown them how to make far better weapons but instead he told them to walk around the city walls blowing horns etc., etc. The God of the Bible is what ruthless, rhetorically, gifted people used to convince people that they understood everything because they were being guided by an all knowing entity. They have had thousands of years and power and wealth to perfect the art of convincing people that they understand everything when the truth is, our understanding of this world is still in its infancy. Now they use science as the god but they are still using their rhetorical skill to convince people that they understand everything when they don’t when there is so much we don’t understand.

God is the unexplainable, the inexplicable. A planet turned itself into billions of self correcting machines that build themselves from microscopic instructions. These machines turn the sunlight into energy and pass it around along with the building blocks they all use in self correcting systems that they build themselves.

There is no one who can explain how it’s done or can build the simplest of creatures by themselves using their conscious mind. Yet every creature builds itself from almost nothing and understands its role and performs it perfectly.

How does a creature that has to consciously decide what to do make decisions?

Every culture has a concept of God. God represents the force that drives life which we subconsciously know perfectly well but can never hold it in our conscious mind.

However god is associated with a binary good, bad, right, wrong, do, or do not which is exactly what every decision comes down to for every creature.

God is our link into our subconscious for action or inaction and making the decisions we are absolutely supposed to make to perform our role for life just like any other creature.

I think that the meaning of what Jesus was trying to tell us lies in the phrase “love your enemy as you love yourself.“

The truth is that a living creature that builds itself is an amazing thing and Jesus was trying to tell us is that the most amazing thing you could ever imagine is a human being the potential in every one of them is incredible. We are talking about a machine that builds itself, and is capable of imagining something that never existed and creating it.

Fear and hate are proof that we should care about them. What they think and how they feel matters. Fear and hate is the tool of people who garner undeserved power who want us to ignore the inherent beauty in life and especially a human being.

What we really need is a public digital forum that houses the latest in data and thought on any subject together with ratings and comment threads. Every individual has a completely unique understanding, and this would allow any one of them to get caught up and begin to add their own ideas and data. We have the infrastructure, but it is securely in the hands of the elite and clearly being being used to understand and control us.

We need liberty for the individual because that is the source of innovation and growth. The “experts“ have not had it right for 2000 years and there’s no reason to believe they understand it and if they think they do, they should be able to explain it in a public forum so it is open to scrutiny and argument.
