That Macron Case

So, I looked into some of the general, legal logistics of the lawsuit, and found some interesting facts. As per the "Press Law of 1881", the bottom line of such, "(Libel is defined concisely as) 'any allegation or imputation of fact striking a blow at the honour or the consideration of a person or a body to which that fact is imputed.' " And while Candace was sued for defamation, the defamation laws in America are different. Defamation in France, it seems, is similar to libel or slander. This is why the Macron complaint states what it does, as the French President was very specific about restoring his "honor". Also, it seems Candace may have been sued over "defamation" because a defamation case may transcend international borders (Title 28, U.S. Code § 4102) under certain guidelines. As I am well over 100,000% behind Candace's well-being and endeavors, and as disgusting as I find this case, and as I heartily applaud Candace's efforts to end child abuse wherever and however that may take place... My suggestion is to end this matter as quickly as possible, and I earnestly pray for this result.
