Did anybody else notice them carry Charlie to an suv and not an ambulance? Where were the ambulances? Why weren’t there any there for the event? You have to communicate this stuff to the event staff so everybody knows where the first aid tent is or where the ambulances are staged for when something goes down. With it being on a college campus the event planner would have had to do a risk and safety assessment with the risk and safety department of the college, so why wasn’t there a staged ambulance ?
Utah board of EMS recommends 1 EMT for every 250 people. Now, idk the exact number of people who attended, but i heard roughly 3,000. So, that would be a min of 12 EMS people, and you probably don’t need all 12, but they didn’t even have 1.
